A highly reputable and well-established legal firm is looking for an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join its successful team. This office-based role is located in Maidenhead, easily accessible by train, with the added benefit of a parking permit if driving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Manage your own caseload and maintain regular communication with clients and agents to keep them updated on case progress.
• Actively build relationships to promote the firm’s services and identify opportunities for cross-selling other legal services.
• Collaborate with the team while contributing to business growth.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Residential and New Homes transactions.
• Strong self-management skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Proven experience handling high volumes of transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with case management systems.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
