Business Intelligence Manager – 12 month FTC (Possibly Longer) - £50,000 TO £55,000 – Newton Abbot – Great Benefits Pack, Immediate start

This is a brand new post and will include:

• Manage a team of 2 x Business Intelligence Officers.
• Analysing both Customer Facing & Internal Process’s to look for ways of improvement for the business.
• To develop new tools and systems to facilitate analysis
• To have a complete understanding of Business Intelligence in order to shape & create the department
• To provide Specialist Advice and Guidance on datasets and sources, analysis, research and reporting to users of Data and Intelligence
• Ability to Coach, Mentor and Develop the team in order to reach their full potential
• Strong Communicator at all levels up to the Executive Management Team
• Engaging personality in order to shape the way forward
• Influence and work with the Management Teams and the Executive Management Team regarding reports and advise of other options and direction
• Ability to interpret analysis and advise
• Issue Resolution

You will have worked for one of the following industries:

• Charity
• Civil Service
• Local Authority/Council
• Housing Association

Qualifications:

• B.I -  SQL
