Job Description

This position is seeking a Spanish/English speaker who enjoys looking after customers.

The position is open to anyone who can speak fluent Spanish and has a keyboard skill.   You will be working in Swindon and the role is Monday to Friiday.   The hours are either  07:30-15:30 or 08:30-16:30.  

After 6 months you will be offered the opportunity to work 2 days from home.  This position is temporary to permanent.

What will you be doing:

Using your Spanish speaking skills you will be supporting customers who have bought electronic equipment such as a mobile phone and assisting them with how to swiitch the phone on and off, how to change the date etc.  The role has support at your finger tips and if the issue is too complex you pass to the 2nd line support team.  

It's a great position for anyone who enjoys speaking over the phone and you will be entering information on to the data base so a good keyboard skill is necessary.
