Exciting new role for a Customer Account Coordinator, annual salary is £28k, plus excellent benefits Full Time, Permanent based on site in Plymouth, Devon. This will be working Monday to Friday full time for a 6-month contract, possibly longer.

Wise Employment are seeking a Customer Account Coordinatorfor a world-renowned manufacturer who pride themselves on pushing the boundaries of innovation and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.

As a Customer Account Coordinator, this role will hold two main responsibilities, you will be required to take ownership of customer’s queries and following problems through to resolution.  You will also be responsible for improving Customer Service experience by engaging with them to ensure natural growth.

Key role requirements as a Customer Account Coordinator:

  • You will need to have experience in providing excellent customer service support
  • It will be desirable to have experience in a manufacturing industry
  • You will need to have strong proven experience of MS Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint along with a recent working knowledge of SAP would be advantageous.
  • You will need to be able to communicate with customers on various levels throughout the company and have strong time management and trouble-shooting skills.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities required:

  • To improve the overall customer service experience and facilitate growth
  • All aspects relating to customer account management
  • Take action of customer queries and follow any issues through to resolution stage, keeping them informed along the way
  • Processing of customer orders and transactions
  • Provide a proactive customer outreach
  • Other administrative duties as required to support the needs of the business
