Job Description: Customer Service Executive 

Location: Maidenhead

Job Type: Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week 20 days holiday + public holidays and 3-4 days between Christmas and New Year

Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum

The main purpose of this role will be to provide quality driven Customer Service and Order Processing support to a global leader in luxury textiles. 

The company are a well known supplier for Luxury Hotels and Spas across the globe and they are therefore seeking a highly experienced and professional Customer Advisor with exceptional cummuncation skills to join their team in Maidenhead. 

Job Duties:

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries.
• Process orders, and communicate order progress to customers.
• Stay up to date on new products, services, and policies.
• Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
• Other duties as requested

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proven Multi-tasking Abilities
• Dynamic Customer Service Experience with exceptional communication skills
• Experience working in a B2B environment
• Order processing experience 
• Strong IT skills with proficiency in the use of MS Office

Beneficial: 

• Familiarity with Oracle Netsuite or similar ERP systems.
• Experience in exporting to Europe and Rest of World.
• Basic Photoshop skills
