This is a full time, permanent position paying between £22,000 - £23,000 (Negotiable) with excellent benefits, including a Health Care plan.

Working Monday - Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm. To start on the 4th of December.

The role:

The main purpose of this role will be to perform Goods In and Goods Out (dispatch) functions,  ensuring that items are accurately received, stored, assembled, picked, packed, and shipped to customers in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.

This isn't like most picking and packing roles and your full attention will be required at all times to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse and the wider business.

Due to the nature of the products you'll be handling, you will need to be meticulous in ensuring that item/s are packed in suitable packaging material.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that products are correctly, consistently, neatly and most importantly, safely labelled before storage, as well as writing reports and correspondence for customers and fellow employees.

Picking products against order demand, you will ensure that the correct item, quantity, and lot number is picked as per the information detailed on the picking ticket.

Requirements:

The successful applicant will be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

You will also be able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees, and will be confident writing routine reports and correspondence, using MS Office software.

A meticulously keen eye for detail will be absolutely essential for the safe and correct labelling, packaging and storing of products.

You will ideally have good working knowledge of Excel and previous experience working with ERP Systems.

Reach truck experience/license desired but not essential - training will be provided.

This is a physically demanding role and therefore a good level of physical fitness would be highly beneficial.

If you're a hard working, motivated and looking for a new permanent position with lots of potential for growth, apply now! This role is due to start on the 4th of December.
