Senior ICT Infrastructure Analyst

Job Description

Wise Employment are working with one of the South West’s most established business to grow their IT team and find a Senior ICT Infrastructure Analyst to join their team.

Located at the company’s head office you will play a pivotal role in the design, development & support of the ICT infrastructure. This will be done with responsibilities including the following:

-          Resolving escalated, complex faults.

-          Creating, executing and maintaining technology plans to meet the changing needs of the customer

-          Assisting with the design and delivery of infrastructure projects and related work streams

-          Ensuring managed projects are delivered to time and budget

-          Understanding complex network infrastructure concepts to solve business challenges

-          Assisting with the creation and implementation of the ICT change control process

Must have skills for this role:

In depth knowledge of the following is essential:

-          MS server 2012 and above

-          MS Cloud products

-          LAN/WAN

-          Firewall

-          Mobile Device Management

Desirable:

-          MS Azure

-          VMware

-          Cyber Security (Quals or experience)
