Immediate start, Maidenhead, Office Based for the first 6 months then Hybrid, Free Parking. 9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Permanent position! 
 

As a Tax Specialist, the main purpose of your role will be to complete Self Assessment and Trust & Estate Tax Returns to a high standard and to undertake project work as required, investigating various tax issues principally related to income tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax.

You will assist with tax enquiry work for private clients and business clients, prepare P11d/ P11D(b) forms and associated workings, as well as preparing written correspondence, communications, and other documents for submission to clients, professional contacts and the tax authorities.

As a Tax Specialist, you will also participate fully in the regular tax departmental meetings and will work hard to build, maintain and develop existing client relationships in a professional manner.

REQUIREMENTS

As a Tax Specialist, you will be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet client and statutory deadlines. 

You will ideallly be ATT qualified or qualified by experience in personal tax compliance.

Where relevant, full study support will be given for the exams of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. 

You will also be confident working as part of a small team.
