Conservatory Co-ordinator

We have a new exciting opportunity for a great Conservatory Co-ordinator to join our expanding Team, with a negotiable salary from DOE. A full time, permanent position located in Paignton.

Have you got experience in an Aluminium/ Conservatory Customer Service department? Can you confidently and professionally deliver excellent Customer Service? Are you passionate in implementing and driving change that in turn will ensure that a professional and pro-active customer service experience is delivered? Do you have good knowledge of aluminium/UPVC/Conservatory products?

As our Conservatory Co-ordinator you will be responsible for the below:

• Liaising with customers and production.
• Arranging deliveries with clients
• Ordering materials / items as required.
• Creating quotations for the trade sector.
• Creating worksheets for the production team.
• Creating a purchasing list for procurement.

As our Conservatory Co-ordinator have you got some of the skills below?

• Well organised and flexible.
• Attention to detail.
• Good numeracy skills.
• Computer literacy with experience of Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Using software packages such as: Window Designer/Business Micros and UDesign.
