Administrator – Financial Services / IFA
Excellent salary between £18,000 and £23,000 + depending on experience

We are working with an independent financial advisor tor recruit and experienced administrator into their team, on a full time permanent basis. This is an exciting time to join a business which has grown significantly in recent years and gone from strength to strength.

This is a small team of highly qualified and experienced financial advisors, and they need a quality experienced administrator to join their team, and provide all of the back off support they need.
This is a varied role which needs someone who can work accurately, confidentially and in a fast paced environment.

On a day to day basis the successful; candidate will be responsible for
• Updating client files and information
• Completing / sending relevant paperwork
• Contacting clients, arranging appointments
• Inputting data onto an internal financial system
• Answering calls and queries via email, providing great customer service

As it’s a smaller team, everyone helps everyone else, so you must be a real team player.

To be considered candidates will need to demonstrate great administrative skills and experience, ideally from a financial services or IFA environment. You will need very good IT skills, and experience using any back office financial systems will be beneficial.
