By undertaking sole supply status for Swindon Contract Services; Wise Employment has created a regular pool of security-cleared workers who are available at short notice.
The Challenge
Swindon Contract Services (part of Swindon Borough Council) provide cleansing services for the local schools. They have a regular requirement for up to 15 temporary cleaners to supplement their permanent workforce.
In the past employment agencies have found it difficult to recruit and retain a regular workforce for Swindon Contract Services, because the hours required are antisocial and relatively short.
