Wise Employment’s Response Management service puts railway-engineering company on track for recruitment.
The Challenge
It is Company policy to advertise all permanent vacancies that cannot be filled internally or through personal recommendation. However, high levels of response were stretching the resources of the Personnel Department to the limit.
The Company was keen to continue to advertise their vacancies through the media, but did not wish either to increase the permanent headcount within their Personnel Department or to damage their image by failing to respond to all applicants. They also wanted to maintain control of the final stages of the selection process.
