Wise Employment seconded one of their Senior Employment Consultants to Motorola’s Personnel Department, to assist with a major Recruitment Drive.
The Challenge
Motorola needed to fill 40 engineering vacancies within a 3-month deadline. The Personnel Department already had a very heavy workload and Project Support was committed to other projects.
Quality candidates for these specialist vacancies were hard to find in a competitive market.
