As an approved supplier to Boehringer Ingelheim, Wise Employment successfully managed a Permanent Recruitment Project to fill 25 vacancies, to tight deadlines, to facilitate the timely opening of a new department.
The Challenge
Boehringer Ingelheim needed to recruit 25 permanent members of staff, to tight deadlines, for a new 24-hour operation. This requirement would normally have been handled internally, however high activity in other areas meant that the Human Resources Team were already working at full capacity. Consequently, after much consultation, the entire Recruitment Project was outsourced to Wise Employment.
Our brief was to attract the required number of candidates for interview and skills testing to establish their match to pre-determined criteria, in order to produce a shortlist for final interview by Boehringer Ingelheim.
