center, we have strengthened our management team with well

Collectively our management
team offers over 150 years recruitment experience. Without
exception, all of the senior Wise Management Team have worked
in senior positions with the UK’s largest personnel services
companies, offering our clients a high level of expertise,
coupled with an innovative approach, in designing and delivering
customized recruitment solutions to meet out mutual objectives.
Wise Employment’s commitment
to quality is endorsed by the professional body, REC, who
set the operational standards for our industry. All of our
management team are qualified members of the Recruitment &
Employment Confederation. Our consultants receive full vocational
training and on-going support from our in-house trainer, and
are also sponsored to study for the Recruitment and Employment
Confederations formal qualifications.
Wise Employment gained accreditation
to the ISO 9002 Quality Standard in August 1995. In October
2003, we gained accreditation to the updated ISO 9001:2000
standard.
In order to remain at the forefront
of recruitment in the new millennium, Wise Employment has
made a substantial investment in the latest technology to
fully automate our permanent and temporary recruitment and
supply systems.
