Wise Employment has an excellent opportunity to join the Property Services team on a fixed-term basis with a leading accomidation housing company. You will be trained on our scheduling system and have the chance to develop your communication, coordination, and administrative skills within this role. 

Salary - £22,628k + Excellent Benifits  

The Role

Under the overall management and guidance of the Property Services Manager, you will provide administrative and operational support for coordinating the workload diaries of our multi-skilled Trade staff and Property Services Supervisors. You will manage and maintain the scheduling of emergency repairs work orders, inspections, planned work, and customer appointments to meet appointment and business targets. This position is a flexable role with the option to work from home, or in the office. 

Experiance 

You will ideally have experience working within a Property Maintenance function and experience in work planning in a repair environment. It would help if you had strong IT skills with the ability to use a broad range of software, have basic knowledge and understanding across multiple trade disciplines, and have excellent customer service experience.

You will hold at least four standard GCSE grades or equivalent, including Maths and English. You will also be required to be Basic DBS checked. Having up-to-date knowledge of Health & Safety responsibilities in the workplace is desirable but not essential.
