Wise Employment are currently recruiting for exciting permanent opportunities for Retail Store Colleagues for an established and fast growing National company based in Edinburgh. Due to a new store opening, we are looking for retail store colleagues who are driven and focused on building customer relationships. These are excellent opportunities to work for a well-established and market leading store in the UK.
The role will see you offering a proactive and personalized customer service and supporting the store team in order to achieve the store’s financial goals.
We are recruiting for various Store Colleagues including part time and full time and this will be:
1 x Full Time Store Colleague (37.5 hours Monday to Saturday 9am-530pm 5 days out of the 6) on a salary of £18,993.
2 x 22.5 hours per week Store Colleagues (need to be flexible on days being able to work any 3 days Monday to Saturday on a rota basis)
2 x 15 hours per week Store Colleagues (need to be flexible on days being able to work any 2 days Monday to Saturday on a rota basis)

You will be seeking opportunities to interact and build positive working relationships with customers, understanding their individual needs and ensure each customer is felt welcomed and supported when they visit the store.
You will be offering relevant advice to customers and guide them to the right product for their individual situation.
You will need to have excellent numeracy and communication skills (oral and written) and have an approachable and friendly demeanor and be reliable and trustworthy. You will have the ability to build excellent rapport, be engaging and have a positive work ethic.
This role will be subject to references and an enhanced DBS check (costs are covered if you don’t have one on the update service already) and training may involve stays away within the local area where all expenses are covered (food, accommodation and travel).
