Wise Employment are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to support a busy and fast paced buying team within a market-leading company who have huge plans for expansion and growth. This is an exciting temporary to permanent opportunity in the Plymouth area.
You will be a dynamic Office Administrator who can multi-task and self-prioritise workloads to support the whole team efficiently. You will need to demonstrate previous experience within a similar role.
You will be responsible for creating product codes for new products, raising and tracking orders and setting up new supplier information onto the central system. You will need to have excellent communication skills in order to liaise with suppliers around the UK, Far East and Europe to obtain product samples and resolve any queries they may have.
You will need to have excellent IT skills (Including Excel) as part of the role will see you enhancing the online offering and to monitor competitor activity.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 845am until 530pm and offers a competitive rate of pay.
In return, this role will offer the opportunity to work in a modern office, weekly pay, emailed payslips and holiday pay for the first 12 weeks then if successful, you will move over to a permanent role.
