Wise Employment are currently recruiting for an E-COMMERCE Manager for a growing, quality production company based in the Plymouth area.
What your day will look like:
The role will involve driving sales growth across existing platforms, whilst maintaining correct process, high standards and accuracy across all live listings.
You will be generating new sales opportunities by exploring any new trading platforms on which to launch product ranges and reporting sales to management.
To target and plan new platforms, putting together business plans to support the new partner activations whilst maintaining strong relationships with all platform contacts. Stock management to maximise sales and working with the purchasing team to keep all items in stock at all times.
You will need to have a high technical understanding of inventory systems and channel integration via APIs and Linnworks. New channel launch and integration is a growth aspect within the role.
You will also oversee and assist with tasks such as:
- Uploading of all product lines
- Daily customer relationship management and returns
- Working closely with the warehouse to monitor the effective dispatch of all goods
- Coordinating successful invoicing and accounts reconciliation on a weekly and monthly basis
Essential Experience required:
You will need to evidence experience with any of the following marketplace platforms
- LA REDOUTE
(Or other marketplace platforms)
You must have an excellent knowledge of Outlook and Excel
This role will be working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and this is a permanent opportunity with a salary of between £24,000 and £26,000 depending on experience.
This role also offers free parking and 21 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
