Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity to join a successful Customer Relations team at a global Company based at Oxford Business Park
The position ideally seeks a graduate (or equivalent) with outstanding customer liaison skills and excellent attention to detail and very good organisational ability. The position is for a minimum 6 month period.
The role will be to support and improve the over all customer satisfaction and experience for the ever growing customer base by offering a high quality "help desk" and efficient coordination of all client feedback.
Responsibilities include:
Working on customer implementation projects by liaision with the New Business Team and Bid team
Provision of a thorough hand over to the assigned Account Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the new Customer
Ensuring that the contracts and all documentation is safely input and downloaded to Salesforce, CARES and the finance systems all align with each other.
Work with the Head of Customer Relations and other key stakeholders to ensure that the implementation process is streamlined and fit for purpose.
Coordinate all client feedback processes
Track and monitor any complaints to ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner
Provide support to key projects
Ensure that clients are updated regularly and all information is recorded on the necessary databases and that the key personnel are informed.

The role holds a lot of variety and will suit an individual who thrives on working in a busy environment where multi tasking is the norm.

For this role you will need a DBS check which the Company will pay for.
